Fik Fameica is widely regarded by many as the future of Ugandan music.

Like Gravity Omutujju, Fik Fameica believes that for the industry to grow, the young stars must be at the steering wheel.

Fik Fameica doesn't support the retirement of Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine, and Jose Chameleone from the industry but thinks they should take a back seat while pushing the young stars just like the Nigerians are doing it.

"Look at Nigerians. The old musicians push new artists. They can take a back seat, and venture into production, marketing, and talent management. Gravity was right, but he badly packaged his information," he said in an interview.

It should be noted that Fik Fameica started his career at Geosteady's Black Market Records where he dropped his first song, "pistol".
