Eddy Kenzo is one of the most popular Ugandan artists who have a huge influence on the masses.
The singer was affiliated with Bobi Wine and his party NUP a few years ago, but the two bitterly fell out.
This forced Eddy Kenzo to distance himself from politics, but he has been dining with NRM party members.
The NUP supporters continue to demand he denounce his friendship with the NRM party and also condemn Museveni for overstaying in power.
Eddy Kenzo has vowed never to abuse Museveni to make his political opponents happy.
"I will never abuse Museveni to make his opponents happy. That is what they want but his my saviour. He saved me during the pandemic," he said.
Bobi Wine and his supporters have become intolerant of people with different views.
