Musician Jose Chameleone was among the artists who performed at the Kampala Region Symposium on Patriotism and investment at Kololo Ceremonial grounds on Saturday.

He received praise from the President who recognized his hard work and service to the country.
"He makes us happy and we give him money," this statement from the President earned the Leone island boss more bragging rights.
He is grateful to know that his work is appreciated.
"I am so grateful that my service is felt. Some people want it to happen, some wish it could happen while there is us who go out and make it happen against all odds," Chameleone captioned a video of President Museveni praising him and posted it on Twitter.
Over the years, Chameleone has had an on-and-off relationship with the President and his party, NRM.
