Sports journalist Sarah Adong has strongly criticized singer Lydia Jazmine for her disappointing performance at the Rugby Chill event. Adong, a former Urban TV sports journalist and SC Villa spokeswoman, expressed her frustration, saying,

"Lydia Jasmine, your habit of singing as if you're crying needs to stop this year. Your performance at Rugby Chill was terrible."

Adong went on to advise Lydia Jazmine to take inspiration from accomplished singers such as Juliana Kanyomozi, Jose Chameleon, and Queen Karma Sheebah Karungi, whom she considers outstanding performers.

These comments come at a time when Lydia Jazmine is struggling to shed the label of a faded artist, as she has been relatively inactive in the music scene.

Jasmine, however, defends her absence by claiming it is a strategic move aimed at rebranding and delivering the best for her fans.
