I am happy that I no longer struggle for my mother's survival - Azawi

Musician Priscilla Zawedde, also known as Azawi, organized a listener's party for her upcoming album earlier this week.

During the event, she took the opportunity to express her gratitude to her management and to thank God for the financial support she has received throughout the years.

The singer shared that she no longer faces the financial struggles she did years ago when it came to supporting her mother.

Today, she is capable of meeting her financial obligations without having to ask for assistance from others.

"I am glad that I can now meet my financial obligations without seeking support from different people. I achieve this through my talent, and every day, my mother can enjoy any type of food she wishes," she remarked.

Azawi made her breakthrough in 2019 and has continued to release numerous hit songs since then. She is widely regarded as the next global star from Uganda.
