Part of this week has been spent discussing the fashion display that took place at the Kampala Style brunch organized by A Bryanz.
As usual, Sheilah Gashumba has dominated the news with her see-through dress, which didn't impress many social media users, including news anchor Hatmah Ssekaaya.
Hatmah expressed her disappointment in Sheilah Gashumba and her friends through a tweet, in which she called them out for indecent dressing and equated them to sex objects.
"I would like to see a picture of a guy with his entire body plainly exposed in a see-through outfit, all in the name of fashion. Why is it always the ladies'? Can someone be wrong to refer to such women as sex objects? Don't they ask for it?" she tweeted.
Hatmah adds that the world will continue to suffer because of the wrongdoings of a certain group of people who prioritize modernization over culture.
"Call me outdated, but we will continue to suffer from all sorts of misfortunes as a country and the whole world at large because of stupid and silly things like the Kampala Style brunch!" she tweeted.
Kampala Style brunch took place over the weekend but continues to dominate social media, with many people calling out different personalities for their indecent dressing.
