Earlier this year, musician Nina Roz made a public announcement that she will be contesting for Woman Member of Parliament for Sembabule district.
She aspires to contest on the National Unity Platform ticket and says she can give her competitors a run for their money.
Nina Roz, however, says she is still consulting with the residents of Sembabule, and soon this year, she will be making a formal announcement on her next plans.
"I am still collecting people's opinions, mostly residents of Sembabule. I am consulting, and I want to know how they feel about my candidature," she partly said in an interview with a local television station.
Nina Roz believes she will ably represent the residents of Sembabule, and she will have the support of NUP President Bobi Wine, who is her personal friend.
