State Minister for Minerals Phiona Nyamutooro has heaped praise on her husband-to-be, Eddy Kenzo.
In a video making rounds on social media, Nyamutooro is seen revealing to the audience that she is in love with the biggest musician in Africa and that she is enjoying life with him.
"Actually, I am getting married to one of the best African musicians we have in the world," she said.
Nyamutooro was speaking to a group of young females who aspire to be leaders of tomorrow.
