Musician Pius Mayanja aka Pallaso has revealed he is not interested in joining active politics at this moment.
The singer explained he is still focusing on music. He hasn't accomplished his musical dream and wants to do so before going into anything else.
Pallaso explained he will continue delivering his political messages musically because it's what he understands better.
The singer, however, didn't rule out joining politics in the future and says he will only do so if called to serve.
"Politics is a calling. I haven't received the calling as of now. I am not interested in it at this time and I am still focused on music, but when my heart tells me to go into politics, I will do it. I am still carrying my messages through music," he explained.
Pallaso's comments come as different artistes are continuing to join active politics. This elective season alone, artistes like Big Eye and Nina Roz have already expressed interest in political positions.
