Legendary musician Halima Namakula has opened up about her body routine and what enables her to keep it in shape.

The singer revealed she relieves stress and always visits massage parlors and therapists for body treatment.

Namakula explained massaging the body gives it freedom and comes with much peace and comfort, which helps prevent it from ageing quickly.

She also says it encourages brain health and can also boost mental health by reducing anxiety and depression symptoms and improving sleep quality.

"You should always take time off and visit massage therapists. Massage offers numerous benefits, including pain reduction, stress relief, improved circulation, increased flexibility, and enhanced immune function. [Sentence about 'ticklings and likes' is unclear - maintaining original structure but correcting surrounding grammar]... and it has helped me throughout the years," she explained in an interview with a local television.

Unlike many female artistes, Halima Namakula doesn't shy away from mentioning her age. In the same interview, she confirmed she is 65 years old.

However, her body doesn't show it; one can mistakenly take her for forty-five years of age.
