Gospel musician and preacher Wilson Bugembe has a very long and rich history with the President of the National Unity Platform, Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine.
The two even worked on a music project together which aimed at bringing people from the ghetto closer to God.
Bugembe was also among the people who wished Bobi Wine well when he joined politics. He supported him and even joined other artists to record and perform the "Tuliyambala Engule" song.
However, their relationship has since worsened ever since the city preacher left the National Unity Platform for Sevo's NRM.
Bugembe has opened up about the good old days and says he misses Bobi Wine. He explained that Bobi Wine is a man who advised him endlessly on a number of issues when they were still friends.
He called upon the NUP President to return to his church, revealing he wants to share words of wisdom with him.
"By the way, I miss Bobi Wine. I miss him; he is one of the people who used to share knowledge with me. He would advise me on many things. He used to even pray from here; please come back to us," he explained as he preached to a congregation over the weekend.
Bugembe also wished Zambali Bulasio well in his aspiration for the Nansana Municipality MP position. The media personality was part of the congregation.
