Musician Cindy Sanyu recently offered a surprisingly human reason for why she's often spotted without her wedding ring, despite marrying Prynce Joel Okuyo in December 2021.

Facing repeated speculation about her marriage, Cindy was quick to shut down rumors of trouble, insisting her relationship is "thriving." She explained that the absence of the ring is purely accidental: a fan actually took it.

"In reality, my marriage is thriving," she stated. "The absence of my wedding ring has led to misguided assumptions... However, the truth is that my ring was taken by a fan."

Interestingly, she kept the theft quiet to maintain her bond with her supporters. "I opted not to publicize this incident to prevent any sense of distance from my dedicated supporters," she explained, prioritizing her connection with fans over clearing up the gossip immediately.
