Renowned socialite Bad Black, real name Shanita Namuyimbwa, has officially announced that she will be tying the knot with her longtime partner Asha Panda on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026.
The couple, who have been together for eight years, share a strong bond and are proud parents to their son Jaasiel. They are now preparing to crown their love with a lavish wedding celebration.
In anticipation of their big day, Bad Black and Asha recently hosted an exclusive, invite-only pre-wedding launch event attended by close friends, family, and associates.
During the occasion, guests contributed generously, raising over UGX 80 million, with many pledging additional support as the wedding approaches.
