Socialite Shanitah Namuyimbwa, popularly known as Bad Black, has once again set social media ablaze after making a shocking revelation about her fiancé and baby daddy, Asha Panda.
During an interview with a local YouTuber, Bad Black disclosed that she recently discovered Asha is actually related to her mother — a revelation that came to light a year after the two had already started dating.
“I’m in a much better place with Asha. Life is sweet — I can travel whenever I want and stay in five-star hotels,” she said, expressing how much her relationship has transformed her life.
However, what truly shocked her fans was when she casually mentioned that Asha is, in fact, her uncle.
“By the way, Asha is my uncle. I found out after we had dated for one year. During a family gathering, he realized he was related to my mother,” she revealed.
The confession has since sparked massive debate online, with many Ugandans expressing disbelief. Some have speculated that the connection might be through a distant clan relationship, suggesting Bad Black may have used the word “uncle” loosely.
Reports indicate that Asha shares the same clan as Bad Black’s mother, which could explain the unexpected family link.
It should be noted that the couple welcomed their first child a few months ago and are currently preparing to walk down the aisle.
