Award-winning musician Eddy Kenzo, real name Edirisa Musuuza, shares a long history with Bobi Wine, having risen to fame under the Firebase Crew in the early stages of his career.
Today, however, the two stars stand on opposite ends of the political divide. While Bobi Wine leads the opposition, Kenzo has aligned himself with President Museveni and is actively traversing the country mobilizing support for the ruling party.
Despite their political differences, Kenzo insists there is no bad blood between them. He believes Bobi Wine still holds love and respect for him — their disagreement, he says, is purely political.
“I know Bobi Wine still loves me. The difference is that I support my candidate, President Museveni. Let him leave us alone because we are going to win the election by a big margin, and he will continue living a good life — as he always has — with his bulletproof car and everything,” Kenzo said during a TikTok live session over the weekend.
The Big Talent boss also advised Bobi Wine to abandon his presidential ambitions, claiming the ruling party’s victory in the upcoming election is inevitable.
