Renowned traditionalist Senga Kulanama has flown to Germany to undergo a liver transplant, following months of battling serious liver complications.

Over the past year, Kulanama has reportedly been in and out of several hospitals in Kampala as her health continued to deteriorate, forcing doctors to recommend advanced treatment in Europe.

Speaking before her departure, the outspoken traditionalist revealed that the treatment will cost her over UGX 1 billion, and that she had to sell some of her assets in order to afford a second chance at life.

Kulanama also claimed that her health problems date back to 2017, when she was allegedly poisoned by her enemies, a situation she believes triggered the long-term liver complications.

According to sources close to her, Kulanama is expected to spend close to a year in Germany, with the transplant procedure itself taking about three months, followed by six more months of intensive medical care and monitoring.

Her condition has sparked concern among fans and followers, with many wishing her a quick recovery as she embarks on what could be the most critical journey of her life.
