Musician Ava Peace has dismissed speculation of bad blood between her and Sheebah Karungi, saying she would welcome an opportunity to work with the singer.
For years, rumours of a strained relationship between the two artistes circulated, particularly after music executive Jeff Kiwa signed Ava Peace. Some people viewed the move as an attempt to find a replacement for Sheebah at Team No Sleep (TNS).
However, Ava Peace has since clarified that she has no personal issues with Sheebah, whom she considers an inspiration because of her resilience and determination in the music industry.
The singer said she would gladly embrace a collaboration with Sheebah if the opportunity presented itself.
“I have no problem working with Sheebah Karungi. When the opportunity comes up, I take it upon myself. I have looked up to her for a while and only admire her style and determination,” Ava Peace said.
She believes working with Sheebah would be a significant step in her musical journey, potentially helping her grow her career and reach a wider audience.
