A 21-year-old woman in Rakai district and her child are alleged to have been eaten by a family in whose house they spent the night at Lubumba village. The woman's husband who survived the gruesome act accuses a couple that offered them refuge of the cannibalism. the husband claims he saw the assailants vividly chopping up his wife and child into pieces before they packed them in sacks and drove away on a motocycle. this case still under investigation by police.
