Investigations have commenced into the possible cause of the collapse of a building in Kansanga that killed five people on spot.
On Tuesday evening, darkness hovered over kansanga as five men who were working at a building in kansanga town were buried alive by sand.
Five died instantly, while three others were rushed to Rhona medical center in a critical condition.
We spoke to the Kabalagala DPC Benard Mugerwa who says they have taken over deployment in the area and halted the construction works as investigations start.
Mugerwa says they will keep on site to make sure the neighbors do not fall victim of the same fate. The killer building is located near the kansanga market, and still at the foundation stage.
