Buchaman is smiling after being appointed by President Museveni as his advisor on ghetto affairs. Buchaman’s smile is not wide enough though as he hasn't yet received his appointment letter.
He won’t be getting salary as a presidential advisor not until he gets an official letter from President's office.
The singer is currently running in circles to get his letter, but according to sources it is still a struggle.
