The dancehall singer made the revelation through a Facebook post on Thursday afternoon.
He believes he can ably represent the people of Masaka.
"Parliament I am coming, Honourable Kasendwa Richard, the People of Buddu keep your eyes open," he wrote.
Ziza Bafana, who campaigned for Bobi Wine intends to run on the NUP ticket.
