Singer Crysto Panda has talked about the rumors about him and Sheebah Karungi. He said they were never dating.
People started talking after the two artists made a song together. Fans noticed how close they looked during their stage shows and public events, and thought they were a couple.
Crysto Panda explained that they are just close because they respect each other and work well together.
“We hug because we are comfortable with each other. There is respect between us. When a big artist like Sheebah sees that you respect her, she feels safe around you,” he said.
Panda said that their chemistry on stage is just for work and should not be mistaken for love.
“She does not dance with other artists the way she dances with me. She knows I respect her and myself. Some artists want to take things further after a performance, but not me. For me, it is just work,” he explained.
He also denied that they spend a lot of time together outside of work. He revealed that he has only been to Sheebah's house two times.
“People who say we are dating should know that I have only visited Sheebah's home twice. I went once after her baby was born, and another time during the Eid holiday. We are not that close,” Panda added.
