Veteran singer Cindy Sanyu has dismissed rumours that she and her husband have separated, insisting that their marriage remains strong despite the physical distance between them.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station over the weekend, Cindy revealed that her husband is currently based outside Uganda but remains emotionally close to her.
“I am very well with my husband. He is currently outside the country but he is very close to me emotionally. He is very sweet to me and I am living the best life with him,” she said.
Cindy's remarks come after rumours began circulating suggesting that the couple had called it quits.
However, the singer's comments indicate that the physical distance has not affected their relationship, with Cindy maintaining that she is happy and content in her marriage.
