Sounding rejuvenated after her widely publicized messy separation from Tee Billz, Mavin Records singer, Tiwa Savage has thanked fans for praying for her family.
She was speaking for the first time after her viral tell-all interview with Thisday senior reporter, Azuka Ogujuiba released penultimate weekend on youtube.
She wrote, “From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support and your kind words during this trying time. Without it,I don not know how I would have made it through. Most importantly, thank you for your continued prayers for Tunji, myself and Jamil. May God meet each and everyone of you in your time of need.”
Apparently, the estranged couple have now put their separation behind them and have moved on with their lives.
Nailing the coffin on their marriage, Tiwa said in her viral interview, “The marriage is finally over, it’s been over for a while, and I have covered up for a while. What happened was God-sent, and he made it easier for me to walk away with what he did on social media. He got so many people angrier, he pulled so many innocent people into this. Even his family. He made it easy for me to finally up and walk away.”
Meanwhile, there were reports that embattled hubby, Tee Billz is now preparing for rehabilitation from drug and alcohol. He reportedly tested negative for substance abuse at a Victoria Island-based hospital.
Tiwa Savage has been spotted shooting videos and has been reportedly booked for shows scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
