Kyadondo East legislator Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine is currently detained at Makindye military barracks and just like any father in jail, he would love to see his children and family at large.
Bobi Wine has penned heartbreaking emotional letters to his children, Solomon, Shadrack, Ssubi and Shallom. This is because he was not ready to be seen by his children in his current worrying state after he was reportedly subjected to torture by SFC.
Bobi Wine told his wife, Barbie Kyagulanyi that he didn't want his kids to be traumatized after seeing him in his current sorry state.
Bobi Wine wrote two letters thanking his children Shalom, Shadrack and Suubi who are home for the great performances at school and promised them gifts. He also asked them to take care of their mother.
"Dear Shalom, Shadrack and Suubi. I am sorry I did not come back home as I had earlier promised. I got some problems but if you continue praying fot me, I will soon return home and we be together. Please be good children and take care of your mother. I saw your reports and I was very happy. If God wishes, will bring you presents for your good performances.
I love you very much. Yours Taata." Letter addressed to Shalom Shadrack and Suubi read.
The second later was addressed to Solomon, who is currently at school, Bobi Wine asked his elder son to be the man he has wished him to be and asked him to take care of his mother as he is the new Bobi Wine now and asked to pray for him that maybe one day, they will ever re unite again with the whole family.
"Dear son, I am writing to you from Makindye military prison, maam will explain to you the rest, I want you to be strong and to be the man that I always wanted you to be, I will one day be free and we reunite with you and the entire family, please make sure you concentrate and pass all your exams God is taking care of me. Be strong and always pray for me you can be sure that one day we shall overcome all this. I love you son, take care of your mum and siblings, you are now a new me. Taata," the letter addressed to Solomon read.
Bobi Wine is expected to be paraded before the court martial today for cases related to illegal possession of fire arms and ammunitions.
