Media personality and vocal critic Frank Gashumba had surprisingly kind words for Bobi Wine during a recent discussion on Radio 4.
Speaking in an interview on Monday morning, Gashumba revealed he has been impressed by Bobi Wine's current campaign strategy, specifically praising him for maintaining peace and discipline among his supporters.
Gashumba explained that the presidential candidate has managed to lead his group of "foot soldiers" effectively, noting that they have remained orderly and peaceful toward other road users.
He urged the NUP President to maintain this peaceful momentum throughout the remainder of the election season.
"I have really been impressed with Kyagulanyi's campaign this election season. He passed me on his way to Masaka and there was no ruckus. He has managed his boys very well on the road, and I credit him for that," Gashumba explained during the discussion with Adam Kungu.
This commentary comes as a surprise to many, as Gashumba has previously been a frequent critic of Bobi Wine, often attacking him on various political and social matters.
