With the political season nearing its climax, attention is already shifting toward what lies ahead in 2026 — and according to Bebe Cool, the future of Uganda’s music industry looks brighter than ever.
The Gagamel boss, who has been actively performing on President Museveni’s campaign trail, says the election period has slowed down the entertainment business, but once the dust settles, the industry will boom bigger and better.
“The music industry will boom after the elections. Artistes should turn their focus there. I personally have bangers ready for my fans, and they will start dropping as soon as the election fever ends,” Bebe Cool said.
The veteran musician encouraged fellow artistes to start preparing for the post-election season, noting that audiences will be hungry for fresh music and live performances after months of political tension.
Bebe Cool also hinted at new projects and major releases lined up for his fans, promising a strong return to music once the political environment stabilizes.
With 2026 around the corner, his message is clear: the industry’s biggest season is just beginning.
