Upcoming musician Winnie Wa Mummy has vowed to stay away from drama despite facing criticism and challenges in her journey to establish a music career.
Over the past months, several critics have questioned her musical ability, with some claiming she may not survive the competitive Ugandan music industry. Others have made various accusations against her as she continues to push her brand.
However, Winnie remains unbothered and insists her focus is firmly on her craft. She says she will continue delivering for her fans and refuses to be dragged into unnecessary fights.
“I will not lose my focus to engage in fights with anyone. I will remain chasing my goal in music because it’s the reason I am here today. The critics should thrive without my engagement,” she partly explained during an interview with a local television station.
Winnie Wa Mummy has previously been involved in verbal exchanges with personalities including Prima Kardashi, but she now appears determined to rise above the noise and concentrate on building her music career.
