Rapper Mun G has shared his views on what makes a hit song, stating that success is ultimately decided by the audience rather than the artist or producer.

Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Mun G explained that hit songs are determined by listeners and not necessarily by the quality of production in the studio.

He noted that even well-produced songs may fail to become hits, while some poorly produced tracks can gain massive popularity depending on audience reception.

“A hit song is decided by the people. You can have a very good song that never becomes a hit, and at the same time, a poorly produced song can become a hit because that’s what people want,” he explained.

Mun G, who has been in the music industry for over a decade, has several hit songs to his name, giving weight to his perspective on the matter.
