Musician Cindy Sanyu has announced that her public royalty dispute with fellow singer Omega 256 has finally been resolved.

The disagreement, which had dominated entertainment headlines for weeks, stemmed from allegations that Cindy was not receiving her agreed share of revenue generated by their hit collaboration, See You Tonight.

Cindy shared a screenshot of an email from music distribution platform DistroKid, confirming that Omega 256 had added her to the song's royalty split arrangement. The move means Cindy will now automatically receive her allocated share of earnings from digital streams and downloads.

Expressing her relief, Cindy thanked her fans for standing by her throughout the dispute.

“After all the pressure you put on this woman, she finally did the right thing and sent me the split sheet with the 50% allocation. God is faithful,” Cindy wrote.

The conflict began after Cindy publicly accused Omega 256 of withholding royalty payments from the song despite an existing agreement between the two artists.

The dispute sparked widespread debate within the music industry, with many artists and fans weighing in on issues of transparency, accountability, and fair revenue sharing among collaborators.

With the latest development, both parties appear to have reached common ground, bringing an end to one of the industry's most talked-about royalty disagreements in recent months.

The resolution has been welcomed by fans, who had hoped to see the two artists settle their differences and move forward positively.
