The biggest black recording star Britain has ever produced, Billy Ocean, is in Kampala. The Oldman who set his feet on Ugandan soil ahead of his concert Today evening at Kampala Serena Hotel. He will be hosted today on NTV the Beat as he prepares for the big event.
The singer travelled with a 12-man crew aboard British Airways and was received by the concert organising team at the airport.
