Singer YKee Benda finally reveals to the nation who and how he broke through this hard music career. While appearing on Radio and Weasel concert yesternight, the singer revealed that ... hadn't it been for Radio and Weasel’s inspiration, he would still be in Kireka slums trying to come up.
“It was because of Radio and Weasel’s inspiration and generous heart that I joined music. I give all up to them” Benda said.
He came on stage and performed his famous songs. Last year, the singer also attached his personal success to Sheeba Karungi.
During the Ziina Awards, he revealed that many artists have helped him come through but Sheeba Karungi did an exceptional job.
Ykee Benda is a graduate of chemical engineering but chose to try out a music career.
