Mc Kats is doing everything he can to make Shammy K succeed as an artiste. After falling out with singer Fille Mutoni, many challenged him to sign, and nurture another artiste.
He took Shammy K under his wings and has been using all his connections to promote her.
After releasing her latest song, "Suupu", she caught the eyes of Tanzanian musician Rayvanny, signed under Wasafi Records.
"Suupu" is a cover of one of Rayvanny’s songs and he was impressed. He has promised her a collaboration.
