Kiyanga Hillary, known as Doctor Hilderman, a musician turned politician, disclosed that his affiliation with Kenzo's federation is contingent upon approval from UMA (Uganda Musicians Association).
As a registered member of UMA, Hilderman highlighted the necessity of UMA's endorsement for him to join any federation aimed at unifying musicians.
"I await Cindy's directive because she holds the position of President within UMA. Those of us under UMA require her authorization to join any federation, as without the associations, federations might lack impact," he shared during an interview with Spark TV.
