Dancehall musician Kapeke is one of the most trending artists in the country at the moment. He has been dropping endless hits for over a year now.
Kapeke, however, doesn't rate some other artists in the industry highly at the moment. He explained that they are old generation artists and have no influence.
"There are people I can't do collaborations with. Some have even offered me money. I can't work with Bafana; it wouldn't turn out better. I can't work with Cindy; she is an old generation artist and has nothing to offer," he explained in an interview with a local television station.
Kapeke believes old generation artists lost influence among fans of Ugandan music. He believes they can't add anything to him, even if a project is worked upon.
Kapeke, however, mentioned other artists he can collaborate with on a project, including Spice Diana, Mudra, and Sheebah Karungi, among others.
In the same interview, Kapeke also ranked his top five artists, mentioning Ava Peace, Dax Vibez, Elijah Kitaka, Joshua Baraka, and himself.
