Dancehall musician Kapeke has proudly branded himself as an international artist. In a recent interview with a local television station, Kapeke explained that his music is being played all over the world.

He claims that Europeans are currently dancing to his music, which he believes justifies his "international artist" title.

Kapeke added that he will soon release more dancehall songs for the international market, stating that Europeans will continue to enjoy his music because it offers a different vibe from other local dancehall singers.

"I consider myself an international artist because I am," he explained. "White people are dancing to my songs like 'Kaba.' You might not see it, especially since we sing in Luganda, but they are enjoying everything about it, and more is to come."

Kapeke also attributed Joshua Baraka's international success to two factors: English and good connections. He believes Baraka's music connects with a wider audience because he sings in "the Queen's language."

"Joshua Baraka has managed to perform on a big stage like Afronation so quickly because he sings in English, and he also has connections," he added.

Despite this, Kapeke remains hopeful that he will also perform in those big stadiums one day.
