The President of this country doesn't appear at every concert in Kampala, but he has managed to show up for a few musicians.
Among the musicians the President has graced their concerts are Bebe Cool and Catherine Kusasira.
However, Omega 256 has opened up about her aspiration to perform for the president. She explained she would want him to grace her concert.
The Western Uganda-based musician says she is doing everything possible to reach out to the President to have him appear at the event.
"I have reached out to different people I would want to attend my concert, and many of them have confirmed. However, my dream has always been to perform for the President; I would really want him to grace the event," she explained in an interview with a local television station.
Omega 256's concert will be taking place on the 19th of this month at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
This will be her maiden concert in Kampala and she will be joining Ray G and TPaul 256, who have already staged concerts in Kampala.
Omega says she is hoping for a successful event and believes her fans will show up for her.
