Musician Cinderella Sanyu, also known as Cindy, is one of those who share a long history with Bobi Wine in Uganda's music industry.

He featured her on the song "Dilema" alongside Jamaican artist Mr. G, and she has long praised him for the opportunity.

Cindy now says she misses Bobi Wine's music performances and would love to see him back on stage.

She explained that the NUP President should be allowed to perform on different stages in the country. He should be allowed to entertain as an artist, not as a politician.

"I absolutely miss him, especially since we worked on a song together. I think he should appear on stage as Bobi Wine, not Kyagulanyi. I would really want him back on stage," she explained.

Bobi Wine was banned from performing in the country over six years ago. He has tried to get back on stage through the courts, but that has never been successful.

Speaking about Bobi Wine's ban, the presidential advisor on creatives, Eddy Kenzo, recently said he cannot speak to the President about Bobi Wine's freedom to perform.

He explained that it would be "stupid" of him to ask the President to allow Bobi Wine back on stage because one uses music to fight for the other's position.
