Rising musician Ava Peace has landed a collaboration with Joshua Baraka and is already optimistic about achieving international success.
The singer took to her TikTok to share a video clip of herself in the studio with Joshua Baraka, alongside Jeff Kiwa and producer Axon, working on the project.
Speaking about the collaboration, Ava Peace revealed that the song will feature on her upcoming EP and will showcase a different side of her artistry to fans.
She also expressed hope that the collaboration will introduce her to an international audience, noting that significant investment is being put into the project.
“I am working on an EP, and it will feature Joshua Baraka. I was in the studio with him and Axon, and these people are very passionate about music. It felt like a whole different level — very international. I believe this song will break me into the international scene. It’s a big investment, but it’s worth it,” she explained in an interview with a local television station.
Joshua Baraka currently remains one of Uganda’s leading music exports, and the collaboration is expected to have a significant impact on Ava Peace’s brand if well executed.
