Singer Rickman Manrick has announced that he is willing to sell his upcoming album Yatula for $30,000, with the buyer acquiring full ownership and rights to the entire project.

The album consists of nine tracks, including Muwangude, Yatula, Ndagukunda featuring Lilian, Lullaby featuring Lydia Jazmine, Kiro Kilamba, Yo Body featuring Sky Boy, Yasenga Jensula, Simanyi featuring Mbeewo, and Bwotyo.

Production on the project was handled by several producers, including Artin Pro, B.L.T Pro, Gene, Yeee Femi and Andre.

Rickman clarified that the proposed deal goes beyond selling copies or distribution rights, with the buyer set to acquire ownership of the album and control over its release, licensing, marketing, distribution and monetisation.

The announcement has sparked discussion among fans and music industry observers, with questions emerging over whether a record label, investor or music company will take up the offer before the album is officially released.

For now, Rickman has put a $30,000 price tag on the project, leaving potential buyers to decide whether the album's future commercial value justifies the investment.
