President of the republic of Uganda, Gen. Yoweri Museveni has this afternoon arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the 31st Extraordinary Summit of the IGAD Heads of State.
This year’s summit will focus on South Sudan.
Shortly after arrival, Museveni held a bilateral discussion on issues of mutual interest with host Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn.
