Yesterday, the Kampala lord mayor Erias Lukwago filed a complaint at Uganda human rights commission over brutality during his arrest by police last week.

Last week police allegedly brutally arrested Lukwago as he was addressing journalists at the gate of his home in Wakaliga.

According to Lukwago, his balls were squeezed, dehumanized him, yet he is a respectable leader Kampala.

Now Lukwago is demanding a compensation of 700 million from the government.
