Musician Bebe Cool has offered to support efforts to bring the body of popular Ugandan TikToker Timothy Kayanja, popularly known as Jayden, back home following his death while receiving treatment in India.
According to media personality Kasuku, Bebe Cool has agreed to get involved in the repatriation process and will contribute within his means.
“Bebe Cool confirmed and said that he is going to try within his means because he has been the one handling him even when he was receiving treatment,” Kasuku said.
Kasuku revealed that several outstanding costs need to be cleared before Jayden’s body can be brought back to Uganda.
“The hospital owes $33,000, the pharmacy owes $8,000, and the air tickets will cost about $1,100 from India, and the air waybill will cost about $2,300,” he said.
Jayden’s death has left his family, friends and followers mourning, while efforts are underway to raise the funds required to repatriate his body and facilitate his burial in Uganda.
