The disaster that claimed lives at Lake Victoria has left not just tears, but also anger. Many people are pointing fingers at boat operators since the boat is said to have been in bad condition.
The President said they will be charged with murder.
Frank Gashumba has also called them fools. Gashumba said this while eulogising one of the dead, Peace Busingye.
Gashumba described her as a girlfriend.
