Following verbal attacks between Sheebah Karungi and Spice Diana, different people tasked the Uganda Musician Association (UMA) President Cindy Sanyu to reconcile the female artists.
Cindy, however, seems not to be ready to negotiate the peace talks as she says unity can still flourish even when they are not tight friends.
She believes they can always come together in pushing a given agenda even when they are enemies.
"As UMA President some people approached me and asked me to reconcile Sheebah and Spice Diana for the good of the industry but I believe we can be united even when we are not friends," she said in an interview with local television.
It should be noted that Sheebah and Cindy are sworn enemies and don't see eye to eye.
