Celebrated Ugandan comedian Patrick Salvador Idringi has made a surprising revelation about his personal life — he has not had sex for two years.
Speaking during his recent concert over the weekend, the comedian humorously but candidly shared that ever since his wife Daphine Frankstock left for studies in Canada, he has been living a celibate life.
Salvador explained that Daphine went abroad to pursue further education, and he is the one paying her tuition. He noted that she has since secured a job there and is doing well financially, adding that he fully trusts her and isn’t worried about losing her.
“Social media people are always claiming that my wife ran away from me. How can someone I pay for run away from me? She went for studies and now got a job; she’s doing well in Canada. I haven’t seen my wife for two years, meaning I haven’t had sex for two years,” he said.
Salvador admitted that the long-distance situation has been challenging, joking that he sometimes “goes for practice” just to stay in shape.
The comedian and Daphine, who are married with children, have been together for years, and despite the distance, Salvador insists their relationship remains strong.
