It’s rare for Cindy Sanyu to heap praise on a fellow female musician—especially one she has publicly battled before.
But the dancehall queen has revealed the one quality Sheebah Karungi possesses that she deeply admires.
During an interview with a local television station, Cindy said Sheebah’s courage and resilience stand out more than anything else.
She explained that despite facing numerous challenges throughout her life and career, Sheebah never gives up.
“She is very courageous. She has been through a lot but still shows up, and that’s great for her. For example, during the battle, she knew things wouldn’t go well for her but still showed up that day. I like that character—especially when it’s the girl doing it.” Cindy stated.
Sheebah, who rose from a humble background, has since become one of East Africa’s biggest stars.
Her achievements include a luxurious mansion in Munyonyo, a 10-acre country home in Mityana, and several other valuable investments.
