Swangz Avenue songstress Winnie Nwagi has opened up about her wedding plans, revealing that she will walk down the aisle when God decides the time is right.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, the singer said she is not in a hurry to get married, adding that she prefers to follow God’s plans rather than put pressure on herself.
Nwagi explained that she is currently focused on living a good life and building her music career. She will consider a wedding when she believes the time is right.
“Wedding? You love weddings! A wedding, when God wishes, it will happen. I go according to God’s plans. I am focused on living a good life and building my career at the moment,” she said.
Her comments come at a time when several musicians, including Irene Ntale, Carol Nantongo and Sheebah Karungi, have been making headlines over their relationships and plans to settle down.
