Spice Diana will struggle with Manager Roger – Abitex

Events promoter Abbey Musinguzi, popularly known as Abitex, has warned that musician Spice Diana’s career may face uncertainty following her separation from long-time manager Roger Lubega.

Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Abitex advised the singer to maintain a cordial relationship with her former manager despite the breakup, stressing that their long working history should not end in conflict.

“They have separated professionally, but she should maintain respect and friendship with Roger. It is important for her peace and career,” Abitex said.

He claimed that the transition period could be difficult for Spice Diana, especially after working under the same management for nearly 15 years, and urged her to move carefully as she builds a new team.

Abitex suggested that tensions or unresolved disputes between the two could negatively affect her career if not handled maturely.

Earlier this week, Spice Diana confirmed the end of her working relationship with Roger, revealing that they had also concluded the sharing of jointly acquired property and agreed on royalty arrangements for past works.

The singer expressed hope for the future under her new management, saying she believes the new team will deliver just as her former managers did.
