However, the couple faced complications that eventually forced Daniella to seek refuge in the United States of America with their five children.
While there, she filed for divorce through the family court. Sources now report that the two have officially agreed to divorce.
It is alleged that following a series of meetings, Jose Chameleone accepted to remit two thousand US dollars monthly as upkeep for the children.
Allegations further indicate that the court agreed with Chameleone to keep the Seguku house as a family home, which both he and Daniella can access at any time.
Regarding other assets, the court ordered both parties to split the shares 50/50.
